If you wanted to use Contacts.Email instead of Cases.ContactEmail, you'd have merge that table into the Email function of your New & Edit Cases screens. Hi Brad, Although possible, to implement that much detail in one of our Web-To-Lead forms would be quite complicated, and likely take up a lot of space on screen. I believe this is something that would be easier to accomplish down the road, using Method:New's Public Pages. - Justin
