When I sync a customer from outlook to Method, method add initials that do not exist to the clients name. Please have this stop.

Thank you, this was helpful and i was able to achieve my goal. I was just wondering, since it requires I type in the Status rather than choosing from the
list of statuses I have in the system, does it only populate the field with the typed phrase? Or is it converting it to the Status that has been set up if it is an exact match?

Is there a way for me (as the administrator) to receive notification emails everytime any user creates or edits a lead, customer, opportunity, or activity?
All the email notification would need to say was the users name and what they created (activity or opportunity...), and the ID of it.

I'm trying to make a report that has show the activities completed in our office per week. I have the report layed out the way I would like it to look except I can't get my report to only display the last week's worth of work. Each week I want to only run the previous week's worth of work. Please help.
