Method Community

I'm aware these fields exist... We use them all the time.  That's why I would like them on the native Method screens, instead of copying the screens for every new implementation I do.

Hi Marcelo, The only forms of payment accepted through Method are major Credit Cards (AMEX, Discover, MasterCard, Visa) and Electronic Checks (e-checks). E-Checks are currently only supported through ElectraCash (Willow-Systems Corporation). Hope this helps. - Justin

This issue turned out to be a caching problem. For anyone else experiencing this issue, try clearing your cache.

Hi Mahlon, I've opened a ticket with development for this, I'll keep you posted. As far as the Contact and Customer Notes go, these fields already exist and can be customized into your screen(s). The Note field in the Contacts table is for contact notes, and the Notes field in the Entity table is for customer notes ...

Justin, Actually I spoke too soon.  I am still getting this error in Resolve Conflicts.  I have tried to delete, clear, retry, refetch and it comes back everytime.  I rebuilt the QB db 2/4.  The error is from 1/29 when it first said to rebuild QB.  I changed the MIE login to Admin hoping that would fix this.  No ...
