Hey Lee,
I am your consultant, but I did not hear from you. Please contact me when you have some time and we will do this installation. My post yesterday was a general post so all users know to contact their consultant to get this update. This update will be pushed out, so if you don’t need to have this right away, you can always ...

Hey Stephanie,
This issue is a lot easier to troubleshoot over a screenshare. I have created a Support case on your behalf (#15786) - a member from Support will reach out and assist ASAP.

Hi Michele,
In that case since it is a syncing issue, you can call in and one of our Business Consultant would work with you over to phone to resolve this.

Hello,
Sorry for the delay in the response.
If the main computer has the method integration engine off, then nothing will sync over. When you re-connect the sync engine, the information will be passed over. You can still work with Method and QuickBooks during the time the engine is off.

Hi scottaskinosie,
Unfortunately, there is no list of tables that sync / tables that do not sync. Chances are that if it does not directly relate to accounting, then it does not sync. Innovative, I am glad my last suggestions were helpful. As of today, the answer is yes, even though you are sending your opted in addresses from Method, MailChimp will still send the request to your customers to be authorized with MailChimp. The answer to your other question is no, if a customer opts out in MailChimp, this ...

I greatly appreciate the efforts you guys have gone through to address these particular issues. My testing and fiddling would indicate everything looks to be back 98% normal.
One quick question, though: Is it by design that the LineTotal field can't be manually overridden in estimates? See below. When we run the ...

I have done as you asked with every employee, but I still have 1720 conflicts with the same message. To recap, I checked and then unchecked the use time data for paycheck creation box on all active and terminated EE's in Enterprise, then I did a full sync with Method. Any idea as to why the errors are still there? The message ...
