Hi BLCPA, Make sure the Add Contacts... button on the Edit Customer screen is calling the Edit Contacts screen as a child of the current screen. I would recommend checking the actions wherever you're calling the pop-up from. You could also look at the stock screens to compare the actions and see where the issue might be. Hope this ...
