Is there a way for me (as the administrator) to receive notification emails everytime any user creates or edits a lead, customer, opportunity, or activity?
All the email notification would need to say was the users name and what they created (activity or opportunity...), and the ID of it.

Hello,
I'm trying to make a report that has show the activities completed in our office per week. I have the report layed out the way I would like it to look except I can't get my report to only display the last week's worth of work. Each week I want to only run the previous week's worth of work. Please help.

Thanks for responding so quickly! I noticed in the Customer Portal video it says we can use the default portal or create our own portal 'and go wild with that', so I was wondering if 'going wild' means designing with our web developer to have a different look/feel to the portal. Sorry for the late reply. There is an action in the Clear / New button (within the More Actions... button, listed as an Event) that sets the Activity Status dropdown to "Completed". This action set gets called on screen load, so this is why you're experiencing this issue.
Go ahead and change action 5 in this list ...
