I updated to Outlook 2013 and lost all my Method Outlook icons. How do I get them back?  I tried to reinstall the Method Plug in. The install seemed to work fine. I installed over the old install, but the icons still don't show in the new Outlook version 2013.  Please help. I miss my old method plugin :-(
