Since not all users use Estimates, I don't think this is something we'll add as a feature. It's definitely something you could accomplish through customization, however.

You can do this by filtering the export with a script. We have a Help Center article that explains how to do this here. It uses some other date fields in one of its examples.

Is there a way to export customers or leads based on the date they are entered into the program? I know it comes up as one of the values to be exported when you export the entire list but is there a way to narrow it down before exporting to avoid having to do double work once it's exported?
