Could you please provide instructions to set up my e-mail. I use Office 365. It was set up once but is gone now. Would also appreciate instructions so e-mails look like they are coming from my and not method.

1) You'll want to put some validation on the Save function of your screen. Take a look at the Save button as it is, it contains validation for the Customer Name and Contact fields. You can add validation for other fields the same way.

Today, I went to add a new contact for a customer, which I have been able to do before. However, when I try to save the contact I get an error that the "Full Name" field is blank. We leave the Note/s field(s) out of our stock screens on purpose, to discourage their use in place of Activities.
