    Is there a way for me (as the administrator) to receive notification emails everytime any user creates or edits a lead, customer, opportunity, or activity?   • Display Date Parameters

    Hello, I&#39;m trying to make a report that has show the activities completed in our office per week. I have the report layed out the way I would like it to look except I can&#39;t get my report to only display the last week&#39;s worth of work. Each week I want to only run the previous week&#39;s worth of work. Please help. Allison

I noticed in the Customer Portal video it says we can use the default portal or&nbsp;create our own portal &#39;and go wild with that&#39;, so I was wondering if &#39;going wild&#39; means designing&nbsp;with our web developer to have a different look/feel to the portal.     Hi sdminno, This is most definitely possible. Our stock Contacts Portal already contains a&nbsp;Search Solutions&nbsp;tablink, which will allow your customers to search through any Solutions you have entered in Method that are not marked as Internal. There is an action in the Clear / New button (within the More Actions... button, listed as an Event) that sets the Activity Status&nbsp;dropdown to &quot;Completed&quot;. This action set gets called on screen load, so this is why you&#39;re experiencing this issue. Go ahead and change action 5 in this list ...
