Just finished setting up the payment gateway (intuit merchant services), when I go to pay a bill, from the dropdown menu I only have credit card option, is this normal or did I do anything wrong.
I would like my customers to have other options, like entering the checking account to pay

The error I get it is when I click the submit button at the web site that I am working on.

Is it alright if I log in to your account to check if it's the web form causing the issue? Let me know the name of the web form if you want me to do this.

I am trying to create a web site after all this years, at go daddy, I copy the link to the web lead form but I get an error message (very long)

Thanks for a quick response by Jeff at Method, this has been resolved. To fix this: go into single user mode in QB, login as Admin, go to Edit > Preferences > Integrated Applications > Company Preferences. Edit each of the Method items in the Preferences list and select Admin as the automatic username in the login option. ...
