Either of those should work, but your better option is probably to insert them into the table (associated with current PO) and refresh. I would recommend saving the PO first.

Hi Alex,
Linked Fields are dependent on the dropdown they are linked through, so depending on what you've selected in the dropdown they'll show the data associated with that record. You should be able to update the table using actions like you described, and then refresh the grid to display the updated value.

It is difficult to distinguish which contact in Method is associated with which job. This is a particular problem with finding the proper customer/job ciombination in the grids. Is the screen you're working with a stock screen, or customized? If it is a customized screen, would you please try reproducing the issue with our stock screen? Let me know the result.

Hi BLCPA,
Make sure the Add Contacts... button on the Edit Customer screen is calling the Edit Contacts screen as a child of the current screen. I would recommend checking the actions wherever you're calling the pop-up from. You could also look at the stock screens to compare the actions and see where the issue might be.
