Yes, those are the steps I'm following. The information still isn't coming up though. It's puzzling because information from other items like PO#, etc are pulling over fine.

1. My vendor enter's her bills for projects directly in Method every tuesday.
2. She enters her consulting time directl into Method every day.
3. Before I invoice my customers every week, I use the enter time feature in QB to add her time to her Bill.

Those are fields are located in the SalesOrderLine table. You would want to have the SalesOrderLine table added as a Detail Table for your report, then drag those fields into the Detail Report of your report. You could change your Default Currency Symbol to $ from the Customize > Display screen in Method. This would be system-wide, but it's the easiest way to get this done.
As far as the comma is concerned, it wouldn't be very straightforward. You could pull the value from the Balance field and assign it to an Action ...
