Do you want to try going to Customize > My Account, and removing the Method Warehouse app, and then installing it again?
We received similar feedback, so we found a way to make it a little more turnkey for a newbie's first time.
Note that when you install it this time, you'll get a popup telling you everything was installed, ...

What you are doing is certainly possible, so it is probably something very small.
We can have a look for you. If you want to email the excel file to us at method@methodintegration.com, we can take a look at it and tell you what the problem is and how to correct it.

Dale - if you don't mind, can you email the xls file to method@methodintegration.com. We could step through it for you and tell you what the culprit is.

Great to hear.
Okay, try syncing again and letting it fix your customers now.
So here's the problem. QuickBooks isn't notifying us that the sub-customers and sub-items have had their FullName changed. Since the FullName is derived from a combination of the parent customer/item and the sub-customer / ...

What I wanted to do was create some padding between the 1st and 2nd text box.
So here is what I did. The 2nd text box was originally named ...

As I leaked out earlier this week in my blog post The future of web apps: end-user web platforms, Method Warehouse is now available! If you are already a user of Method Full Blown Edition, the news is even better: Method Warehouse is included in your monthly subscription (yes.....even the Method MRP Calculation!). All you need to ...

Or am I misreading your post - since you replied to a post about grey out fields, I may have not understood the question?
Are you asking how to edit a table of dropdown list values? If so, you need to have a screen to edit those values. By default a screen should be created for you when you make a dropdown list, but if you don't have ...

That doesn't sound right to me. If you created your own table and your own fields they shouldn't be disabled.
What was the exact name of the table and the exact name of the field? I'm wondering if perhaps you stumbled upon a "reserved" field or table name.
