How can I make the balance field in the bill screen to show like this: $ 1,523.00

In the editable grids, like in the bill line expense grid in the bill screen, when we enter a bill we have to click on the update link at the bottom of the grid and then the save buttom, can this two sets of actions be combine into one?

Typically they're placed in order by the date, but I've been advised that yours has been customized to do it by RecordID.

It's hard for me to say since I don't know how you've set up your screen. I'd say have a look at the placement of your Assign Value To Action Result and Enter Value Into Field On Screen actions. The way this works is that if the Send an Email? checkbox is selected, any of the Save buttons will send the email indicated in the Send an Email section on the right.
