We have crated a number of Email templates with images mainly gif pictures. We have two problems first the images keep disappearing from the template so they need to re uploaded and re-added to the template. Second when we send the email the images are not included.
Any ideas?

That link you sent didn't work, but I was able to find another page on their site that says the smtp server address should be smtp.att.yahoo.com with port 465 . . . but that still fails to send correctly from the Method application but works with other applications.

If I add a new Sals Rep in Method, Method retains the email address used and successfully syncs the data with QuickBooks. However, for Sales Reps that were in QuickBooks before we started using Method, the email address is not syncing over to Method from QuickBooks. THe only table which contains the opt out email status is the contacts table; however, when I attempt to export that table, I get an error message.
If I export the customer and lead table, the file does not contain the information regarding whether the client has requested to be opted out of marketing emails.

I am getting copies of the emails sent to me, so I'm not questioning whether they are being sent out or not. The problem is they are being sent to my customers spam folders. For whatever reason when they are sent from Method to a first time customer/lead, more often than not, they end up in the customers spam/junk box. ...

When anyone creates a new activity for one of my staff members, it also sends an unrelated email from one of our email templates. I can't figure out where or why this is happening. We are not trying to send an email and certainly have not selected the template.
How do we fix/stop this unwanted action?

How do I set a client so when I do invoices and they sync with QB , it will sync as a to be emailed?
In other words I use billing solutions from intuit, so some customers will need the invoice to be emailed, how do I do this???
