how come when i pull up an activity for a specific contact/lead, all of their information like company, city, etc does not all pull up on the activity screen?

and where would i go to do this change?

Hi edward, Since pop-up blockers are client-side applications/plugins, it's not possible to avoid them server-side (through Method). Basically, it depends on the user's applications and settings and not on the website's. You'll have to advise your customers of this, perhaps by placing a text-label near the view PDF button ...

I have been trying to create some solutions for clients/leads for portal issues. I am however running into an issue with screen shots. Since most people are visual, I can not seem to insert a page screen in these message blocks. help. thanks

sunburstaz, You can login to Method from any machine, it's only the Method Integration Engine that needs to be on a specific machine or hosting platform. On your own computer, use Firefox or Chrome and go to method.me/signin. Login from there, test your report and let me know the result. - Justin

Internet explorer.  All other forms are OK.   Just the one I recently modified.   Method sits on a  right networks desktop.  I can’t add application without going through them.  I can ask to have that provisioned, but will take some time.  Which browser do you recommend?

Hi trungtran, A "Linked Field" is something you would add under Customize > Tables / Fields. You would click on Edit Fields... for the Opportunity table and add a linked field using the wizard, linking it through the Contacts dropdown.
