I'm not able to replicate the issue with your account. Keep in mind that any time you publish changes to a screen, that screen will regenerate the next time you login.
Try logging out and logging back in again immediately. If you're still experiencing issues, give our support line a call at 1.888.925.6238 x.2.

Hi Fran,
You can edit the template used for these reminders by heading over to Customize > Tables / Fields in Method and clicking Edit Table... for the Activity table in the list.

Is there a way to edit the Activity Reminder Emails? I would like to addd more info and adjust reminder time.
