Hi MikeB,
Glad to hear you are back up and running! There weren't any outstanding sync issues yesterday that would explain this outage. We didnt recieve any other reports of sync failures, so likely just a once off.
If it happens again, please dont hesitate to contact us, and We'll be happy to assist.

Hello,
Thanks for your question. The answer to this depends on the version of QuickBooks you are using with Method (i.e. QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop).
If you are using QuickBooks Online, you can find deleted customers by changing your filter to view 'All' customers. Since customer's in QuickBooks Online are ...

Hi VLocke,

It was interesting to learn that the gadget uses IMAP. Since that doesn't come turned on by default when you set up a business Gmail account, maybe that should be part of the setup instructions? I had already enabled ...

QuickBooks actually handles this. When you create an Invoice from a Sales Order the Invoice gets pushed ...
