Hi Kent,
Because of the way QBO works, it is not actually possible to delete a customer. They are simply made inactive and marked as "(deleted)".
The only way I can think to fix this would be to figure out the RecordIDs for the Customers you imported and use the Import/Export Tool to mass-update them all, changing their names to ...

Is there a way to create a read only calendar for clients to view in the portal ?

That is just one of the issues I am having, unfortunately. But if that if that particular problem is something that I could speak with support staff, I will do that.
I will try calling to speak with the support team this afternoon. and hopefully I can get the other problems sorted out as well.

If you've added the Currency dropdown to the screen and it's not showing any values, it could be a sync issue. At that point it would be a support issue and we can help you over the phone.
Is that the issue, or is it something else?

It is a question on customization, Justin. It's hard to know if it is right to purchase a product if we can't customize it and we can't get proper help to customize it unless we pay for it. It is difficult to explain everything in a forum.
