Hi Marcelo, I'm not able to replicate the issue with your account. Keep in mind that any time you publish changes to a screen, that screen will regenerate the next time you login. Hi Fran, You can edit the template used for these reminders by heading over to Customize > Tables / Fields in Method and clicking Edit Table... for the Activity table in the list. - Justin
