Mortaza, Thanks.  I tried creating the dropdown in the Cases table but it only gave me three screens for options and didn't offer one for filters.  I'll play around with it a little more and see if I can find it.  Thanks for the quick reply. Mike

Just wondering if you have added the Field Service to Beta yet, and if not, how soon that might be happening.  I love Method Classic Field Service for our work orders, other than speed and lack of a real working app.  Hoping it's getting close to being a reality.
