Dottie,
Can you give a bit more detail? Do you want this as a single grid in transactions? Would these be totals for the customer?

Hi Kitty,
You could make the sub jobs that are completed (2011 jobs) inactive, so they won't show in Method with the filter view Shared Active Customer Contacts. They will still exist that way.

XtekTrev,
You'd just have to use the Report Designer to create the invoice/estimate template without the fields you don't want to show. The Report Designer creates a PDF of the estimate or invoice info you want to send to a client. If you've created a screen with custom fields, these won't show on our stock Report ...

Neil,
The <html> tag won't work. Try using <br /> before the link. You won't need a closing tag for this, so you'll only have the one instance of it.

Andy,
Your process is correct. There is an issue with this as I was able to replicate it on my account. I'll put this in with the team and update you when its fixed.

Suzanne,

Suzanne,

XtekTrev,
What do you mean by customer facing documentation? Do you mean the printed Invoice and Estimates? For that you can use the Report Designer to create a custom Invoice/Estimate templtea. You can make a copy of the stock one and add/remove the fields you want on the invoice/estimate. We have webinars to help ...

Neil,
To add to this, make sure to add an closing tag after to make it clean. You could also use a <br /> tag at the start if you wish.

Neil,
We've found a fix for you. If you join an HTML tag as an action result before the code, the link should display properly. See the screen shot as an example. ActionResult3 would be your link code.
