when looping through a grid how do I get the bigger record, I have a grid where we keep the hours for the equipment, I only whant to get the record with the most hours, how can I achieve that?

Hi Nick, Unfortunately yes, you do need the pro version of Method for you to do that as "CustomerTagList" or "LeadTagList" dropdown menus will be created as seperate linked tables, which is only accessible through Method Pro. Marwan

That is relatively easy.  I must be doing something wrong because i don't see any change.  The after looks exactly the same as the before :-( -David

Hi Alyson, I would check the OnScreenLoad actions for your Edit Customer screen by clicking the Advanced button located on the left-hand section of the screen designer. It sounds like you may have some unwanted actions in there. Hope this helps. - Justin
