Hi Alyson, I would check the OnScreenLoad actions for your Edit Customer screen by clicking the Advanced button located on the left-hand section of the screen designer. It sounds like you may have some unwanted actions in there. Hope this helps. - Justin

Hi RK, Since this would be a many-to-many relationship, you would have to create a table to detail the relationship. I would most likely create an "AssignedTo" table with two dropdowns, one for Vendor (linked to the Vendor table) and one for User (linked to the User table). Hi Kent, Did you have any customers in QuickBooks before the import, or was it a brand new QuickBooks account? If you already had customers, those would also get deleted. Let me know and we'll proceed from there. - Justin

David, This is actually very simple to do. All you have to do is use one Enter Value Into Field On Screen action to take the value from your textbox and place it back in the same textbox. Method will automatically truncate any trailing whitespaces for you. :) - Justin
