Hi Fran, You can edit the template used for these reminders by heading over to Customize > Tables / Fields in Method and clicking Edit Table... for the Activity table in the list. - Justin

Mortaza, Thanks.  I tried creating the dropdown in the Cases table but it only gave me three screens for options and didn't offer one for filters.  I'll play around with it a little more and see if I can find it.  Thanks for the quick reply. Mike
