This is by design. It can cause issues when you have duplicate values and can't distinguish between Blue vs Blue (where they may have different descriptions, etc.). In this situation, it's up to the screen designer to add columns to the dropdown so that the user can distinguish between ...

This has been resolved, however the Is to be renewed flag can only be set when you Insert Recurring Dates.
So if you wanted to change the Is to be renewed status of a work order series, you would have to insert new recurring dates with the appropriate Is to be renewed setting, ensuring the deletion ...

I'm adding a drop-down field to a table from another table. Method new does not seem to require these fields to be unique. Is that intentional by design, is this something that will go away in the future,...?

I have realized the mistake in my instructions to you, the Lead List grid is based off the contacts table, so the tags are not showing because they are not connected to the customer table. The good news is that it is a quick fix:
