Hi Matt,
This is on the board and currently being looked at. I don't think that this will be resolved in the next release, as the dev team has some fixes they want to push out soon. Hopfully it will be in the release after that, but no guarantees.

First off, apologies for these troubles.
We have updated our Sync code in the last month or two, specifically around some payment bugs. Would you mind trying again and seeing if the error is resolved?

In Method, you would have to set up a button with actions to loop through your gid/table to update the "total Cost field'. (purchased cost times qth on hand). Not ideal.

Hi. Unfortunately the maxium length for customer name is 50 characters. Part of this is due to limitations imposed by the QuickBooks API.

Hi Mike. Unfortunately we do not have that feature in Method Report Designer. I will make this down as a feature request with our dev team however I can't commit to an ETA on this.

Sorry for the late reply. Customers and Contacts are two separate tables in Method, and have separate screens as a result. The Customer is the main one you're concerned with for QuickBooks-related purposes, they're the entity to which you attach Estimates, Invoices, etc., whereas a Contact would ...

As the admin user I am able to manage tags within my account. However another non-admin user is not able to manage tags. It says they do not have permission and to contact the administrator. How do I give them permission to manage tags?
