    Hey Gregory, Go to the computer you want to act as the main syncing computer and log into Method. Once you login, go to the QB tab in Method and click Reset again beside "Computer to sync with".     Hi Andy, If you need to, in Quickbooks you can prevent the sync engine from launching automatically by going to Edit>Preferences>Integrated Application. When does Quickbooks crash? Are both instances of the engine trying to sync at the same time? Is there an error message in Quickbooks or in the engine? Jason

    Hello MikeB, There first thing I would check is how many custom fields you have in your QB file. The item list has a limit of 5 custom fields in Pro and Premier version. In Enterprise (starting with V10) you can add up to 15 custom fields in the item list. Please check it and let me know if that is the issue. -Inder
