Hi Matt,
I am not sure which email server you are using, but some email servers (eg. Gmail, Yahoo) might not allow you to send emails using their server through unencrypted protocol. I believe this is the problem you are having. So, what you will need to do is in Method go to:
Customize > My Account > Change My Account Preferences ...

Hi Ian,
Can you make sure that in the Body portion of the "Step 6 - Thank you email" wizard you have a "Design" or "HTML" tab selected (and not Preview tab). These tabs are located on the bottom of HTML Editor control.
If that is not the problem you are experiencing, then I am not able to reproduce this problem. I ...

Hi Justin,
Unfortunately Method Outlook Plug-In v2 does not have "Auto Sync" feature. You do need to manually click Synchronize button in order for your Outlook calendar to get updated. We will however look into implementing this feature in the future versions of Method Outlook Plug-In.
Thank you

Matt,
This was our internal application problem, where URL that was created by MethodAPIGetScreenURLV2 had amp; instead of & which was not being interpreted properly. Now it is fixed and you should not be receiving these errors anymore.
Thank you

Hello Matt,

Hi Matt,
In order to have a better resolution to your problem, can you give me an example of a query you would do with a MethodAPIUpdateV2?

This shouldn't normally be the case, since "Name" field is usually a unique field, but it does happen in exceptional cases. Since you are not modifying the ...

Michael,
I just wanted to let you know that we had fixed the issue and from now on it will not matter if you previously added opportunities to Method or if you haven't - Method Web Forms will still work.
Thank you

Hello Michael,
I believe I know the reason why you are receiving this error, but to make sure, can you tell me if you ever added opportunities in Method up to now? If not, this might be a reason why you are receiving this error. As a temporary workaround, before we fix this bug this is what you can do:
Go to main method website
Click Sales ...

This is a note to anyone who have experienced a bug, where a hidden checkbox field value that had a default value as “true” was appearing in Method as “false” - the bug is fixed. You do not need to republish your form, or do anything to get the fix - it gets applied automatically.
Sorry for any inconvenience ...
