I followed the link and watched the videos and was able to make some custom reports fine but I was unable to generate a report with just wholesale customers. If that is possible I then need to arrange them accrding to most recent order so that the customers who have not ordered in a long time are on the bottom. Or, if it would be ...

I have about 230 activities assigned to a salesperson from the beinning of June through the end of August that are currently marked as "not started" that I need marked as "completed". Is there a way for me to acomplish this in one fell swoop? Or will I need to go through one at a time and mark them as complete?

I have a customer that somehow became split. Both customer identities have customer and contact information but one has all transaction history and the other has all activity history and scheduled activities. How do I combine these two back into 1?
I checked QB and only 1 identity exists for this customer.
