Hi Retrotel,
Can you clarify what you mean by "cannot use the report links to find them"? It seems you have created the report in the Report Designer, but how are you trying to access the report in Method?
Please let me know.

Hi Dave,
Makes sense. In this case you will need to filter with a different field. Could you hide all transactions that have a type of "Estimate", or do you need to show some estimates? What about the DueDate field, if the transactions you want to filter out don't have a due date yet, you could filter those out. My ...

Hi Michael,
"Value From Row" is used inside a loop through a grid/table, which is why you are getting the error message. You should get the value to compare in the conditional statement with "Assign Value to Action Result".
You can get the record's RecordID using Value From Screen, using Grid:RecordID (where Grid ...

Hi Dave,
Nope that's not a problem, at first I thought this wasn't the behaviour you wanted. Please let us know if this issue happens again, and if you notice a pattern for when this happens it will make solving it easier.

Hi Dave,
To do this, I recommend filtering out all of the estimates with a status of "draft" from the grid on the ContactsPortal_Home screen. Since this is a default screen you can't edit it directly, but you can make a copy, and then replace the original screen with the copy. To do this, edit the grid on the screen ...

Hi Dave,
Regarding your step #2, can you verify that the items have the correct quantity within the group? To do this, click on the QuickBooks tab group from the dropdown at the top right of the screen (beside your username). Then click on Lists > Items, and find your item group in the grid. Please make sure that you don't have 0 ...

Hi SoIP,
Are you referring to the Customer:Job field?
Have you selected an existing customer with the dropdown, or created a new one with the ... button? If you just typed a name into the dropdown but that customer doesn't exist, this would cause that error to occur.
Regarding your second issue, have you modified this screen at ...

Hi Retrotel,
Sounds like you're on the right track. To start, I recommend making a copy (save as) of the report "Estimate (Custom)", in case you need to revert to the original. The field you are looking for is under Estimate\EstimateLine.Estimate\Item (see screenshot below).
You would drag Item in between ...

Hi BVS,
For increasing the size of the image, there are 2 steps. If you select the sizing option "Stretch Image", the image will expand to fill the size of the picture box. Then, to increase its size, drag on the square at corner of the picture box to the size you would like. Or alternatively, you can set the width & height of the ...

Hi Tennic,
You can acheive this by adding a linked field to the Activity table. This would be AccountNumber field in the Entity table. There already exists a relationship between Activity and Entity, so adding this linked field is possible.
Next, please make a copy of the CRM_NewActivity screen if you haven't done so already, so ...
