Take a look at the Go To Tablink action on whichever action set your referencing (Select..., for example). You'll want to make sure that the tablink referenced here is valid and has a screen associated with it under Customize > Tabs.

Before Single Sign-In, we were allowing multiple sessions to be logged in to Method:New as the same user. This is now no longer the case. Can you confirm that your customer is not logging in to Method as the same user as someone else?

I was able to add Email to my SalesRep table as a custom text field, click Finished Editing Fields and then go back into the table, where there is no option to Delete the field. I believe this is a custom field you have in Method, so it won't sync to QuickBooks either way.

If you're calling another action set, why not try triggering that action set directly? Click on your Save button and take a look at the number in the error you get, then check your Save button's action set for that action.
