Hi Audisho, Is this error isolated to my account, or are there other users that can't customize these screens? If it is isolated, is there any way of resetting all my method new apps to their defaults (ie. uninstalling/reinstalling)?

This may be a clue as to why these screens won't work, and also why I can't edit the Web-To-Lead screen... In the app configuration, the default screens for editing/new is set to the original screens. Hi Mortaza, I am able to copy and customize the screen, however I get that error whenever I try to view the screen under normal usage. It will even give me the error when it is a fresh copy, without any customization done to the new copy.

Hi Mortaza, Can you give any guidance on how to do this? I've looked at the button actions on both the screens and can't see anything that would help. In the email, I see a url for the http://urlforportal but nothing that I could modify to load the actual estimate. Thanks, Greg
