Hi MikeB, Glad to hear you are back up and running! There weren't any outstanding sync issues yesterday that would explain this outage. Hi Marcelo, At this time, its not possible to import a word document and match the styling. You can ofcourse still copy any text from relevant documents into your reports - but the styling will still need to be handled manually.
