Glad to hear you are back up and running! There weren't any outstanding sync issues yesterday that would explain this outage. We didnt recieve any other reports of sync failures, so likely just a once off.

Hi Baytonemus,
The Report Designer is Windows-only for a few reasons. Firstly, to develop a version of RD for Mac would require an enitrely new program built from the ground up, which would require Significant development resource investment - its not quite as simple as flicking a switch.

At this time, its not possible to import a word document and match the styling. You can ofcourse still copy any text from relevant documents into your reports - but the styling will still need to be handled manually.
