I need assistance viewing the webinars for report building. I'm on a mac and can't get it to work. I've installed the latest codecs and updated to the latest version of Flip4Mac, VLC, and Quicktime players. I can get audio to work in VLC and Flip Player but no video. Any suggestions?

I would recommend that you download our Method Field Services app which will greatly aide you in this. In order to download the app in Method you can go to Customize > My Account > Add Apps from the Method Application Library > Method Field Services.
