Hi Abdullah,
You can see a list of tables and fields if you sign into your Method account and navigate to Account Settings > Tables & Fields.
Unfortunately, you will not be able to send an email through the API.

Unfortunately we dont have access to a 'previous version' of a specific table per se, but we Do have access to Backups of your entire Method database. Unfortuantely we cant just restore specific tables/fields by restoring the backup however, and the whole process would likely need the involvement of one of our ...
