I tried that and did't work for me. I added the cost field to the job items line, enter $100 for this, $0 for the rate, completed the work order and invoiced it, when I go to QB I see the invoice with $0 balance but I dont see the $100 cost reflected in any accounts. What am I doing wrong?

Hi Edward, You could add a "Birthday" field of type DateTime to the Contacts or Customer table, depending on whether you want to be able to add birthdays for each contact or just for the customer. I wanted to find out how to create a birthday field in the client/customer fields? Once that is complete I wanted to find out how to add the above date into the activity calandar, and add a remider to send out a birthday card in a week in advance. thanks

I am not following the logic Do I have to create tables for each make and then linked them. One table for all the Fords models, a different table for all the Chevy Models, etc

Hi Marcelo, You can filter your second dropdown (Model) on Step 5 of the Dropdown Properties in the screen designer. You can filter it to only show only Models that have the Make selected in your first dropdown. Hope this helps. - Justin
