I looked through the forum but couldn't find anything recent.  IS there a way to have case created from incoming emails?

Okay, so I got it to work successfully to un-tag. However, it's still pretty clunky. Is there any way I can get each tag into its own cell? That would make deleting one of the tags much easier. Thanks,

Hi Matt, This is on the board and currently being looked at. I don't think that this will be resolved in the next release, as the dev team has some fixes they want to push out soon. Hopfully it will be in the release after that, but no guarantees.
