Upgrading your version of QuickBooks and converting your QuickBooks file will not cause any issues with Method. Just be sure that you are performing an upgrade on the file and not creating a new file and migrating the data. Hi Mike,
Only the first two Contacts for a Customer will sync with QuickBooks Desktop. These are designated by the Contact Type field in Method, with Contact indicating main contact for a customer and AltContact indicating the alternate contact.

Where are you seeing "pending invoice"? I would assume that this means not syncing to QB, but I'm not sure where in Method you're referring to.
Wait for Sync Approval would be unchecked by whomever you've given permission to and/or instructed to do so.

Hi Josh,
I was able to add Email to my SalesRep table as a custom text field, click Finished Editing Fields and then go back into the table, where there is no option to Delete the field. I believe this is a custom field you have in Method, so it won't sync to QuickBooks either way.

My long term goal is to cut off contact between Method and quickbooks. I want Quickbooks to be uploading to Method but not Method to Quickbooks. So are you sure there is no way to do this?
