I am attempting to follow these directions and am getting an Import Warning:
Error from the MethodAPI at row 2:
The number of fields (24) do not match the number of values (25).
I'm sure it's something simple...can you help?

Welcome to Method! Let us know if you have any problems or questions.
1 - Custom fields from Quickbooks will sync over to Method but any custom fields created in Method will not sync over to Quickbooks.
2 - If you haven't updated the custom fields labels in Quickbooks it should still show a name such as ...

Hi Laura,
I've emailed and left you a vm message regarding getting the client's account name. In the mean time, a workaround may be to try to import field services again in order to get that screen back, and then add the tab link in under customize -> tabs.

Alternatively, if you do not wish to perform any customization or if it's not something you want to check frequently then you can just export the UserSignInLog table. Check out our Import/Export Help Center article which includes an awesome video tutorial.

Hi Matt,
This would be considered a feature request at the moment. Once the Import/Export Tool has been created for Method:New, it may be a bit easier to get this taken care of.
