In writing my previous post, it has come to my attention that there seems to be no way to save the Is to be renewed flag. Our development team will look into this issue and I'll post back here with any updates.

I have a dropdown objet base on the customer table, that shows me customer name and customer category.
When I select a customer the customer name is inserted into a table
I want to have actions that if a check box is checked when I select a customer, all customers with the same category will be inserted into the table
How do I do that?

The Is to be renewed flag is set in the Work Order Recurring Dates settings. It's assuming that if everything goes well, the Customer will continue using your service and you'll want to renew indefinitely on a year-by-year basis.
For example: A customer has you do some gardening work for them ...

Would you explain how to create a Filter View with the Transaction Grid's wizard you are talking about? And what do you mean by copy the logic? I don't know how to get to that.

Not really. I"m just trying to get the Equipment Name from the Equipment table to this screen. so I can report on the equipment from the work order. I don't necessarily want to assigne it here.
I'm not successful any way I try. I've assigned the equipment Name to a shared result from the work order list ...
