Strange thing is... I needed to create a new grid for another purpose. Had no problems adding a view or modifying it after it had been saved.

Hi furrywombat, This is not possible because SQL overrides are not stored. There is no way to retrieve them because there is nowhere to retrieve them from, they function only as a means to manipulate the way data is represented on screen. - Justin

I was able to replicate this in a client's account... Still on my computer, but I have tried SOCC. I click the dropdown on the grid to select View. Here is the list of Views...I click Edit I get this

Is it possible to add work orders to customer portals? I'm trying to add a grid on the home screen to show active work orders with limited information.  I can't get the information to show up in it. Also, is there a way for a link to be added to pull a pdf of the work order?

December 15, 2014 Activities  Fixed issue with follow-up activities defaulting to completed

somehow the tablink got deleted.  i had to create a new one and then reassign it to the "go to" link. thanks!
