I changed the sales rep for a number of customers in the Edit Customer screen. My dashboards now reflect these new rep associations. However, sales orders (invoice screen) still populate the Sales Rep field with the old rep, and when I export the Customer table, the old rep associations are there as well. @pdirect One more option is use our import/export tool (under Customize > Integration Tools) to export all customers. You can simple use the functions in Excel to filter the list with your requirements.

Hi Ben B, I'm assuming you're importing records into the Customer table correct? If you store Mr./Mrs/Miss/etc in your suffix column then you should import this data into the Salutation field. The Suffix field isn't utilized on any screens in Method and I believe it exists in the table as a temporary placeholder when syncing records ...
