The Tables of Report dropdown is populated after you select an option from the Report dropdown. The list of tables will be based off of the tables that you used to build the report. Are you not seeing any options after selecting a report?

How do you add additional fields to the Toolbox so that they can be imported into a screen?
Example: In the estimate screen, I want to be able to add fields to the Toolbox from a custom table that I created called PropertyInfo so that I can add that information to the Estimate Screen.
How do I do that?

I don't have a Referral Source entity table... Referral Source Entity is a dropdown in my Customer and Entity tables, and is not marked as unique in either of them.
Do I need to create one? It did not appear to be necessary for this to work in the Edit Lead screen.
I regenerated the Entity and Customer tables.

I did not want to imply that you can not add fields to QB tables, you can... That is the beauty of Method, What goes to QB syncs, what does not stays in Method..
But the Transaction table is a special QB table. it is different than the rest. And that is why I caution about mucking with it.
