It looks like it only accepts URLs of regular LinkedIn profile pages. The /pub/ URLs are public pages. You should be able to get regular URLs if you have added the contact to your LinkedIn network.

It sounds like you could use the Import/Export Tool to do this. You can find it under Customize > Integration Tools in Method. You'll likely want to export your Customer table to a CSV file, which is easily sortable in Excel.

If you want to add Team Leader to a report based off of the Activity table, you'll first want to add it as a Linked Field to the Activity table, using the Customer table.
