I was able to replicate this in a client's account... Still on my computer, but I have tried SOCC. I click the dropdown on the grid to select View. Here is the list of Views...I click Edit I get this

Is it possible to add work orders to customer portals? I'm trying to add a grid on the home screen to show active work orders with limited information.  I can't get the information to show up in it. Also, is there a way for a link to be added to pull a pdf of the work order?

December 15, 2014 Activities  Fixed issue with follow-up activities defaulting to completed

somehow the tablink got deleted.  i had to create a new one and then reassign it to the "go to" link. thanks!

Hi mholden, Sounds like your Leads grid's Go To... link is referencing a tablink called "Edit Lead". Just make sure under Customize > Tabs that you have a tablink called Edit Lead and it should go to whichever screen is attached to that tablink. Hope this helps. - Justin

I tried thisand it still does not seem to be working correctly

Total minutes mostlytook care of my calculation problem.  There still seems to be a little issue with the way it's returning the time. I have an activity that begins at 10 AM and I drag it to end at 11 AM. the ending time is returned as 11:00:20 AM and Total Minutes returned as: 60.3333333333333. I'm sure I can do rounding to ...
