The Suffix field isn't utilized on any screens in Method and I believe it exists in the table as a temporary placeholder when syncing records ...

Yes, but I am talking about Title as in President or Project Manager, etc., not the honoric or salutation.

I am about to import many contact logs (The equivalent to Method Activitites) into Method and I would like to know the correct table and required fields to use.
Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Kent,
Did you have any customers in QuickBooks before the import, or was it a brand new QuickBooks account? If you already had customers, those would also get deleted.
Let me know and we'll proceed from there.

Hi Scott,
Yes, if you follow that order, using the details I provided, you should be able to import the tags correctly and use them in Listbuilder. For your step 2, you can add more fields if wish, however the fields I showed in my screenshot would be the minimum required fields to do this correctly.

Hi Heather,
The "Copy / Import Screen.." does carry over your tables and added fields, the structure and screens will work exactly the same was they did before minus the data.

i got the error while trying to move the activities that I exported from the old site to the new one. So during import after my data had passed validation.
I think I solved the problem, I tried importing less data and it's working okay.
