What size screen are you using and what is the resolution?
Another possible solution is to make the grid a screen of its on and have the select go to a tab link with the customers info like the new Method CRM does.

The closest possible solution to this is to change the Transaction History found under QuickBooks > Synchronize, and change this setting to be a shorter period.

Hi Shelley,
When you edit the screen if you click on Advanced located next to the screen name at the top left you can change the size of the existing customers section by changing Left Side Section Show As.
Also why not try the New Method CRM?

To update Jeff,
Intuit changed the way that invoices, estimates and customers are returned to Third Party Apps from QBO which is what is causing this issue. Once the issue is resolved I will update this forum post.
