Is there an option to disable email notifications for assigned tasks? There are times when the emails are overkill, actually a nuisance. It would be nice to have the option to not send the email notices what asigning or reassigning an activity.

How can i change the link that is in some of the email templates  http://urlforportal/ into a button inside the email?   And is it possible to make the button show our company logo or another image?  

mlepitt- We use google apps here in the office for our outgoing server we use smtp.gmail.com, I tired this using my email(m.melo@methodintegration.com) and my password(SuperComplexSecretPassword) for the Send Email action and it worked. -Michael

Hi Shane, I can't tell you exactly how much each activity, email, etc takes, it would be highly unlikely to hit the limit.  By hosting your files on SmartVault you will be eliminating most of the possibility of going over.    - Adam
