Have you tried closing and reopening both QB and the Method Sync Engine?
Is this error message poping up in the Method Sync engine or is it in QuickBooks?
Have you tried restarting your computer?

Hi em2,
This forum post may help you out http://www.methodintegration.com/cs/forums/p/2140/7822.aspx
The name field does have to be completely unique since it is the name of the Lead(And will become the name of the customer once it gets converted).

We have been made aware of some of the 'wonky' things happening on the grids and our next publish should address these.

Suzanne,
Are you entering the customer name in the grid header to search? Are you pressing enter or clicking on the filter icon?

jnoneiliv1,
To update this thread, Save Grid Row was actually created for use with our old grids before we updated to the current style of grids. This action will eventually be updated to be Save Grid to save a grid as a whole.

Can you enable MethodSupport(Customize > Users) and email me your Method account name? I am currently unable to duplicate this issue. Also if you can included the exact steps you are taking to produce this error.

Navitha,
Just to be a bit more specific, can you generate the report in QB with the date range you are looking for(one year)?

Navitha,
I was able to duplicate your issue but looking at the QuickBooks Open Invoices report it is giving me the same results. Are you able to generate this report in QB using the Open Invoices?

Hi Jeff,
This is actually a different issue then the one discussed above, the issue above was specific to Field Services for Method for QuickBooks Desktop. The issue you are having seems to only be occuring for Method for QuickBooks online, I have been able to duplicate this issue and will create a ticket.

Hi Rajni,
The Amt.To Pay (OpenAmount) field is generated by QuickBooks. To change this value you would need to edit the bill itself and change the line items.
