Hi Everyone, I received an email from Fran who asked…. “Is there a way to copy screens/tables so that you don’t destroy your originals?  I tried but wasn’t successful at doing either of these. How do you know what fields will sync  back to QB?    or are these the “greyed out” fields ...

I did it 4 times, refreshing, restarting import etc. making sure fullname was not selected twice. It was changing my suffix field to fullname for me even when i chose not to import suffix. Finally after logging out and logging back in the error went away.

I can export a file from the employee table but when I try to import the employee table is not an option in the list.  How can I import employee information form a csv?

I have significant data in the "notes" tab for customers in Quickbooks online, is there any way to view/edit that in Method???  When the customer's data is imported into method, that field seems to be missing????   Thx..........

Hi scottaskinosie, First off, to backup your Activity table, simply export it using the Import / Export tool. Make sure that you open the exported file with excel and confirm that all of your records are there before continuing. I had a situation where I exported from a solution table on one account, and imported into the solution table on another account. The export / import process did not retain the HTML formatting. Am I missing something?
